The Conciliation Body in Belgium is composed by the 3 Ombudsman of the 3 Regional Governments in Belgium. It has a "rotating presidency".

Because Switzerland has not adopted the EETS Directive into national law, Switzerland cannot register EETS Providers.
Conciliation Body
Because Switzerland has not adopted the EETS Directive into national law, no conciliation body has been installed.
The FCA as an authority is subject to the administrative procedure. A decision by the FCA is issued as an order with corresponding instructions on how to appeal. The provider concerned can appeal against the FCA's decision.
